I spoke to JEL after a Subtle show in Portland in May and he said "After The Notwist finish their current tour we'll begin recording the next 13&God album." Notwist are touring till like October of this year and Dose and Jel are both on tour in Europe with Subtle till mid summer. So hopefully the next album will be out by summer 2009 at the soonest.

Can I find this collector DVD on amazon? There's lots of stuff I miss from the 80s, but this cartoon is definitely one of the things I miss the most. Such a great game. There is a mod out there for X-wing Alliance that transfers all the missions from Tie Fighter to X-wing alliance, really breathes some fresh air into the game. Called Tie Fighter Total Conversion.

I read in Mark Seymour's book, the band were stunned into silence when they first saw this clip. And that the soaring brass section at the end wasn't originally in it and only happened after the (then unknown) three members of the horn section showed up at a rehearsal and played along with them. Definately, A Certain Ratio faux funk going on, Primarybenelux. I only discovered this album this year, and man, it was like a should have always been listening to it. Fieman's Curse the next LP is great too. To bad the Hunters later commercial appeal has left a bogan legacy for most in Australia. I read the new Marc Seymore Bio in Borders on my lunch breaks, it really shines some light on such a mysterious and totally Australian band.

I think H&C were ahead of their time back in the 80s. Their music rocked! It's great to know they still have a huge following and I regularly hear their music played on radio 94.9 in the Shoalhaven. Incidentally, Mark Seymour from H&C was playing in clubs with James Reyne from Australia Crawl. I checked them out at the Revesby Workers Club, and wow, they were fantastic....Even played some of Talking Heads music. If you ever get the chance to see them, you'll have the best night! ::)))

That's a beautiful gift book! I especially love the paper marbling - makes the dullest book seem a bit more interesting. The metal decor as well as the handwritten text makes this book even more appealing. Perhaps you could teach your kids how to do paper marbling, its not all that hard (you can find books at your library) and it looks better than most Modern art in museums! lol

It's called Clear Channel and it's dedicated to the distruction of radio. Try listening to Jim McGuinn, DJ at WXPN and Y-Rock on XPN and, unfortunately for us, soon to move to The Current. Tonight he played this song and posted it on the XPN blog. I came here to add the youtube to my faves. Good song. There's lots of good radio w/good music out there but, you gotta look. Love it! Love it! Love it! Never fail to respond emotionally to this song. I used to sing it to my son when he was a baby, the lyrics in the verses seemed to sum up my feelings towards him exactly. He's 12 now and really loves listening to it too. This is my favourite version.

ok well if they make up debts its not something i know about or am any part of i dont want to do anything to further their wrong-doing...i think what some collectors and companies do are awful, if somone tells me they dont owe something i make sure to get them the proof within 30 days, i havent run into any made up debts yet, not to say that doesnt happen...i am watching more of your vids, i shouldnt have said u are wrong, these vids are great for people who are getting tricked by companies
