How to make an inexpensive microphone windscreen out of fake fur found at craft and fabric stores. Ingredients: Fake fur - $2 (12 x 15 inch, enough to make many of these) Velcro tabs - $1 (enough to make tons of these and useful for other projects) needle, thread and basic sewing ability Tested with a Sony ecm-ds70p on a Kodak zi8 while mounted to a bicycle.
